About This Role

This Entry-Level Estimator assists in estimating pre-engineered metal buildings using MBS software, ensuring designs align with customer specifications and building codes. This role is crucial for accurately costing projects and supporting the sales process.

Responsibilities

• Review MBS job inputs, including building codes, loads, openings, and other specifications
• Perform initial design of buildings before final review by a Professional Engineer
• Incorporate necessary revisions into building designs
• Adapt to additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Reside in or around Englewood, CO

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Entry-Level role, no prior experience explicitly required

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with MBS software
• Experience reading blueprints and architectural plans
• Strong mathematical skills
• Self-motivated, driven, and passionate about success
