About This Role

This position requires the employee to perform a variety of office support functions including ordering supplies, maintaining purchase requirements, and producing various reports. This role supports the company's commitment to safety, employee development, and providing quality construction materials and services.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure employee driven safety culture is in place and effective
  • Perform various administrative duties such as filing and copying
  • Order supplies for individual departments and maintain purchase requirements
  • Produce and maintain various reports and distribute as needed
  • Assist with collection of production data and distribute as needed

Requirements

  • High School diploma / equivalent
  • Current and valid driver’s license

Qualifications

  • High School diploma / equivalent

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel)
  • Experience and knowledge in technology and internet
