Epic Willow Inpatient Specialist

About This Role

The Epic Willow Inpatient Specialist is a consultant role within Deloitte's Project Delivery Talent Model, focusing on the analysis, design, configuration, testing, and implementation of Epic Willow Inpatient software for clients. This role involves collaborating with operational and IT leadership to meet organizational requirements and supporting overall project goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Epic software analysis, design, configuration, testing, and implementation across relevant application areas
• Collaborate with Operational and IT leadership to identify, evaluate, and configure systems to meet user and organizational requirements
• Work directly with Operational leadership to ensure end user feedback is documented and incorporated into system design
• Oversee system design, including functional specifications and strategies, based on analysis of operational needs
• Assist in low-level design, operational discussions, build, test, and migrate Epic build, providing go-live support
• Work with the implementation team to plan and complete build, and implement end-to-end Epic systems
• Work command center shifts during go-live to investigate, document, and resolve break-fix tickets
• Complete assigned system maintenance and lead meetings, prioritize tasks, and manage project plans
• Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers, project team members, and representatives from various teams

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience with EPIC Willow Inpatient
• Experience in application design, workflows, build, troubleshooting, testing, and support
• Current Epic Certification in Willow Inpatient
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in information technology, business, or healthcare related field; or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of experience with EPIC Willow Inpatient
