The Epic Project Coordination Specialist will provide project coordination and leadership, design and collect data to produce executive status reports, and serve as a primary point of contact for Deloitte and Client team members. This role is for an experienced technology pioneer who wants to work in a collaborative environment without extensive travel.
Responsibilities

- Serve as a primary point of contact for Deloitte and Client team members
Requirements
- 4+ years of Epic Steady State Support experience
- Active Epic Certification on Grand Central, PB, HB, or Cogito modules OR be a credentialed Epic Trainer
- Excellent documentation and verbal skills
- Willingness to work on an on-call schedule for evenings and weekends
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in information technology, business, or healthcare related field; or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of Epic Steady State Support experience
Nice to Have
- Advanced ServiceNow experience
- Experience with project management tasks (e.g., producing executive level status reports)
- Knowledge of application testing concepts and tools such as ALM
- Knowledge of Epic training environment build (MST, ACE)
