About This Role

This role involves providing project coordination and leadership for Deloitte clients, focusing on managing multiple projects and prioritizing tasks. The specialist will design, collect data, and produce executive status reports, serving as a primary point of contact for project teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Epic Steady State Support experience
• Active Epic Certification on Grand Central, PB, HB, or Cogito OR credentialed Epic Trainer
• Excellent documentation and verbal skills
• Willingness to work on an on-call schedule for evenings and weekends
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in information technology, business, or healthcare related field; or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of Epic Steady State Support experience

Nice to Have

• Advanced ServiceNow experience
• Experience with project management tasks (e.g., producing executive level status reports)
• Knowledge of application testing concepts and tools such as ALM
• Knowledge of Epic training environment build (MST, ACE)
• Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
• Ability to operate independently or with minimum supervision
• Excellent Written and Communication Skills
