Epic Project Coordination Specialist

About This Role

The Epic Project Coordination Specialist will provide project coordination and leadership, designing and collecting data for executive status reports. This role serves as a primary point of contact for Deloitte and client team members, working in a collaborative environment within Deloitte's Project Delivery Talent Model.

Responsibilities

• Provide project coordination and leadership
• Design, collect data, and produce executive status reports
• Serve as a primary point of contact for Deloitte and Client team members

Requirements

• 4+ years of Epic Steady State Support experience
• Active Epic Certification on Grand Central, PB, HB, or Cogito OR a credentialed Epic Trainer
• Excellent documentation and verbal skills
• Willingness to work on an on-call schedule for evenings and weekends
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, business, or healthcare related field; or equivalent experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in information technology, business, or healthcare related field; or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of Epic Steady State Support experience

Nice to Have

• Advanced ServiceNow experience
• Experience with project management tasks (e.g., producing executive level status reports)
• Knowledge of application testing concepts and tools such as ALM
• Knowledge of Epic training environment build (MST, ACE)
