Epic eConsultant (MyChart Orders, Ambulatory & Cadence) - Project Delivery Specialist

About This Role

Serve as an experienced Epic eConsultant, responsible for implementing and supporting eConsults across client regions, focusing on MyChart Orders, Ambulatory, and Cadence modules. This role involves building, configuring, and optimizing Epic systems, managing upgrades, and providing technical guidance.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support Epic My Chart Orders, Ambulatory and Cadence analysts for eConsults.
• Maintain support across client regions, including registry development, reporting, upgrade, and release management.
• Collaborate with the implementation team to plan and complete Epic build and end-to-end implementation.
• Work command center shifts to investigate, document, and resolve break-fix tickets during go-live.
• Conduct and document root cause analysis and complete assigned system maintenance.
• Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers, project team members, and various functional/technical teams, escalating issues as needed.
• Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams to improve, optimize, and transform processes.

Requirements

• Current certification in Epic analysts with EpicCare Ambulatory, Cadence, MyChart, or Orders certification
• 5+ years of experience in build and configuration experience in an implementation project with eConsults
• 5+ years of experience in telehealth and the full cycle referral process to build, implement and optimize InBasket distribution schemes
• Experience with visit navigators creation and condition to appear for eConsults, send Charts to Specialist for provider response to messages, creation of procedure records for eConsult visits and reporting
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in build and configuration experience in an implementation project with eConsults and 5+ years of experience in telehealth and the full cycle referral process to build, implement and optimize InBasket distribution schemes.
