Epic Clindoc Specialist

About This Role

As an experienced Epic Clindoc Specialist, you will work as a consultant within an engagement team to support overall project goals and objectives, specifically focusing on Epic implementation and support. This role involves collaborating on projects and sharing new ideas in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Work with the implementation team to plan and complete build, implement end-to-end Epic solutions.
• Investigate, document, and resolve break-fix tickets during go-live command center shifts.
• Conduct and document root cause analysis and complete assigned system maintenance.
• Work on Epic implementation, build, and support with strong experience in SDLC for Epic.
• Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers, project team members, and various functional/technical teams, escalating issues as needed.
• Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes.

Requirements

• Current certification in Epic Inpatient ClinDoc Analytics
• 6+ years of experience in Epic ClinDoc Analyst
• 6+ years of experience of Epic build and support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of experience in Epic ClinDoc Analyst and Epic build and support.

• ITIL process knowledge

• Excellent Written and Communication Skills
• Ability to deliver technical demonstrations
