Epic Clindoc Specialist

About This Role

As an experienced Epic Clindoc Specialist, you will support overall project goals and objectives, interacting with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to implement and optimize Epic systems. You will lead client engagement workstreams focused on improving processes and driving operational outcomes, contributing to the transformation of technology platforms for clients.

Responsibilities

• Work with the implementation team to plan and complete build, and implement end-to-end Epic systems
• Work command center shifts to investigate during go-live, document, and resolve break-fix tickets
• Conduct and document root cause analysis and complete assigned system maintenance
• Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers, project team members, and representatives from various functional and/or technical teams
• Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes

Requirements

• Current certification in Epic Inpatient ClinDoc Analytics
• 6+ years of experience in Epic ClinDoc Analyst
• 6+ years of experience of Epic build and support
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of experience in Epic ClinDoc Analyst and Epic build and support

• Additional Epic Certifications
• ITIL process knowledge

• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products
• Can operate independently or with minimum supervision
