This role involves working with clients to implement and support Epic systems, focusing on ClinDoc analysis and build, while also leading improvements and optimizations of processes.
Responsibilities
- Work with the implementation team to plan, build, and implement end-to-end Epic solutions
- Investigate, document, and resolve break-fix tickets during go-live command center shifts
- Conduct and document root cause analysis and complete assigned system maintenance
- Work as an experienced Epic analyst with strong experience in SDLC for Epic
- Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers, project team members, and functional/technical teams
- Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Epic ClinDoc Analyst
- 6+ years of experience of Epic build and support
- Current certification in Epic Inpatient ClinDoc Analytics
- Deeply experienced Epic analyst to work implementation, build and strong experience with SDLC for Epic
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of experience in Epic ClinDoc Analyst and Epic build and support
Nice to Have
- Hospital or Clinic operations experience
- Additional Epic Certifications
- ITIL process knowledge
