About This Role

This Entry-Level Training Program is a paid technical training in mainframe systems programming and support, designed to prepare entry-level IT professionals for a career processing billions of online transactions annually. Participants will complete individual and group assignments while gaining industry and company-specific knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Take part in and successfully complete individual and group assignments and projects, including quizzes, tests, homework, and presentations
• Gain industry and company-specific knowledge
• Work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Support the technical business needs of the customer, potentially requiring 24x7 action and response

Requirements

• Associate's degree in computer science or other IT job-related field obtained prior to May 26, 2026
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under close supervision and as part of a team
• Attention to detail
• Ability to complete assigned work in a timely manner
• Microsoft Office skills

Qualifications

• Entry-level position; IT internship experience preferred
