This Entry Level Sales Representative engages homeowners directly to introduce home remodeling services and special offers, generating interest to schedule free in-home product demonstrations. The role is a stepping stone into a career in management or advanced sales.
Responsibilities
- Engage with homeowners in local neighborhoods through direct, in-person outreach
- Introduce remodeling services and special offers through friendly and informative conversation
- Generate interest and schedule free in-home product demonstrations
- Represent one of the highest rated brands in the industry
- Use this experience as a stepping-stone into a career in management or furthering your sales career
Requirements
- No experience required
- Self-motivated individuals looking to get out what they put in
- Passion for career growth and learning sales and marketing strategies first-hand
- Availability to work afternoons and evenings (10am – 6pm shifts)
- Naturally outgoing and well-spoken individuals who thrive in human interaction
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (6–8 hours/day)
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to stand, stoop, bend, and reach as needed during canvassing activities
