This role involves meeting with homeowners, designing bath or shower spaces using Jacuzzi products, and guiding customers through the buying process in a sales capacity. The position focuses on providing a five-star customer experience without cold calling or lead chasing.
Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners at pre-set appointments
- Design new bath or shower spaces using Jacuzzi products
- Guide customers through a professional and consultative buying process
- Deliver a five-star customer experience
Requirements
- Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking to people
- Self-driven, coachable, and motivated to earn more
- Live our core values: Hungry, Honest, Team Player, Leadership, Customer First, and Courage
- Willing to travel throughout the Tri Cities for appointments
- Available Monday through Saturday for customer appointments at 10am, 2pm, and 6pm
- Able to run at least 11 appointments per week
Qualifications
- No sales experience needed. Skills developed in restaurants, retail, customer service, or hospitality are valued.
