Enterprise Service Tech II

About This Role

This role primarily focuses on servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing low voltage panels, wiring, and devices, often dealing with more complex issues. You will provide high-quality customer support, perform system testing, manage inventory, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

Responsibilities

• Service, troubleshoot, and repair low voltage panels, wiring, and devices, including complex issues.
• Provide reliable, high-quality customer support.
• Instruct customers on system operation and functionality.
• Perform system testing and signal verification.
• Maintain necessary truck stock and inventory (equipment and tools).
• Organize and utilize technical resources, information, material, and support for efficient task execution.
• Ensure the progress and completion of assigned tasks.
• Provide documentation of service and hours worked.
• Complete and submit all required task-related activities, productivity, and other documentation in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Mastery knowledge of troubleshooting commercial intrusion systems, fire systems, CCTV, intercom access control systems
• Working knowledge to full understanding of local/national codes
• Ability to read plans, use a variety of tools, and install panels, boxes and wiring accordingly
• Knowledge of OSHA, HAZCOM Regulations and comprehension of national electronic code, state and local construction codes
• Ability to read and interpret blueprint, schematics, diagrams, policies, procedures, etc. as presented in English
• Strong work ethic
• Detail-oriented

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/Vocational Training
• 3+ years of experience
