The Banking ATM Locksmith Apprentice will assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of financial and ATM equipment, pneumatic banking systems, and security systems under the close supervision of a senior technician. This role involves learning to work with bank locks, mechanical systems, CCTV, and access control systems.
Responsibilities
- Assist with installation of Financial/ATM equipment and other electro-mechanical equipment
- Install pneumatic banking systems, various locks, and mechanical systems
- Attend training classes when offered
- Work the required hours for ATM service calls, including an "on call" schedule
- Operate safely in all outdoor weather conditions
- Monitor and ensure progress and completion of assigned tasks
- Complete and submit all required task-related documentation in a timely manner
- Complete other projects to manager and customer satisfaction as assigned
Requirements
- Ability to legally work in the United States
- Low voltage Journeyman's license
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to clear a drug screening
- Strong work ethic and detail-oriented
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, diagrams, and instructions in English
- Ability to collaborate and communicate in English
