About This Role

The Elite Stylist delivers high-quality hair services, consults with guests on their hair care needs, and recommends products and services. This role focuses on performance, guest service, and compliance with operating procedures and standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including hair design, haircuts, color, texture, hair treatments, styling, updos, perms, blowouts, keratin treatments, extensions, makeup applications, and ear piercing
• Meet or exceed sales goals for hair services and contribute to store goals related to retail and service sales and guest loyalty
• Perform product demonstrations with guests to drive sales and enhance service experience
• Support the execution of in-store events, promotions, and marketing initiatives
• Stay informed regarding new and existing industry trends, products, and services
• Develop guest relationships through consultations and appropriate recommendations
• Serve all guests, including walk-ins, in a timely and efficient manner
• Utilize booking and clientele systems for return services and events
• Maintain outstanding store operational standards and salon cleanliness

Requirements

• Cosmetology license
• Previous relevant work experience
• Proficiency with latest salon techniques for haircutting, haircolor, lightening, styling, texture, treatment, extensions, makeup, and ear piercing services
• Proficiency with use of equipment and chemicals needed to perform technical work
• Proficiency to demonstrate, recommend and sell pro hair care and makeup products
• Developed communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships

Qualifications

• Previous relevant work experience is required
