Electrical / Telecommunications Project Manager

About This Role

Lead electrical and telecommunication projects for a large-scale ambulatory care center and dental clinic, from conceptual design to final completion. This role supports RQ's mission, vision, and values in healthcare construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical and telecommunications/data system work and phases of projects
• Support projects from conceptual design to final completion
• Ensure alignment with RQ's Mission, Vision, and Values

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Engineering (Electrical/Telecommunications/Electronics), Construction Management, or related field OR equivalent work experience
• 5+ years work experience in Project Management of numerous projects (commercial or industrial)
• 8+ years or equivalent work experience as a Project Engineer and Assistant Project Manager / Superintendent in the electrical & telecommunication construction industry
• Proficiency in engineering design, system, and standards
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office - Teams/Sharepoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet)
• Valid passport
• Ability to pass in-depth background screening and Department of Defense background check

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Engineering (Electrical/Telecommunications/Electronics), Construction Management, or related field, or equivalent work experience and training
• 5+ years work experience in Project Management of numerous commercial or industrial projects; 8+ years or equivalent work experience as a Project Engineer and Assistant Project Manager / Superintendent (or equivalent) in the electrical & telecommunication construction industry.

Nice to Have

• Work experience in the design-build industry
• Specific software literacy (McCormick, Primavera 3/6, Autodesk Build & Cost Management, BIM, Revit)
• STS certification
• LEED GA Credential or AP/AP+
