Lead daily scheduling and planning activities for electrical construction projects in the life sciences sector, ensuring resources are available and projects run smoothly. Prioritize safety and foster team development.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily scheduling and planning activities at the project site
• Ensure the right materials, equipment, and people are available for the job
• Take action to ensure the safety, health, and well-being of the team
• Leverage people management skills to help team members discover what drives them
• Collaborate in planning, design, construction, and commissioning if applicable
• Facilitate and coordinate walkdowns and meetings and/or reviews with owner and designers
• Act as a safety leader, revising JHAs and daily signed-off permits
• Ensure quality in construction

Requirements

• 15+ years of construction site experience
• 15+ years of experience as an electrical superintendent

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in construction or other, or equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree
• At least 15 years of construction site experience and at least 15 years of experience as an electrical superintendent

Nice to Have

• Experience collaborating in planning, design, construction and commissioning
• Excellent communication skills
• Pharma experience
• Proficient in Power Point, Excel, Word, Bluebeam
