Lead daily scheduling and planning activities for electrical construction projects in the life sciences sector, ensuring resources are available and projects run smoothly. Prioritize safety and foster team development.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily scheduling and planning activities at the project site
- Ensure the right materials, equipment, and people are available for the job
- Take action to ensure the safety, health, and well-being of the team
- Leverage people management skills to help team members discover what drives them
- Collaborate in planning, design, construction, and commissioning if applicable
- Facilitate and coordinate walkdowns and meetings and/or reviews with owner and designers
- Act as a safety leader, revising JHAs and daily signed-off permits
- Ensure quality in construction
Requirements
- 15+ years of construction site experience
- 15+ years of experience as an electrical superintendent
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in construction or other, or equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree
- At least 15 years of construction site experience and at least 15 years of experience as an electrical superintendent
Nice to Have
- Experience collaborating in planning, design, construction and commissioning
- Excellent communication skills
- Pharma experience
- Proficient in Power Point, Excel, Word, Bluebeam
