Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to clients
• Engage in retail sales of Drybar products
• Operate Point of Sale Systems
• Maintain a professional demeanor under pressure
• Solve problems using logic and support resources at the front desk
• Multitask with ease in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• 1+ years customer service experience
• Ability to work at a sustained, fast pace
• Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Track record in providing amazing customer service
• Ability to multitask with ease
• Ability to stand and/or walk for 6-8 hour shifts
• Technical ability to operate a point of sale system

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years’ experience in a fast-paced, customer service centric environment (sales associate, retail sales associate, customer service representative, store associate, salon associate, or a similar position)

Nice to Have

• Previous experience with Point of Sale Systems
• Previous salon/spa experience
