Driver, Hub/Feeder

About This Role

Serve as a Hub Delivery Driver, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring efficient, on-time deliveries of automotive parts to commercial customers and AutoZone stores while supporting overall store operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional customer service and build strong customer relationships during deliveries
• Collaborate with store managers, teammates, and commercial customers for smooth operations
• Follow structured delivery processes to ensure accurate, on-time routes
• Adhere to fleet safety guidelines and company policies to ensure accident-free transportation
• Drive company vehicles to transport automotive parts and maintain proper documentation for each delivery
• Complete daily vehicle checklists, maintain cleanliness, and report maintenance issues promptly
• Pick up returns, process merchandise, and restock items from route deliveries efficiently and accurately
• Assist DIY customers in-store with merchandise location, product knowledge, and installation services between deliveries

Requirements

• Minimum age of 21 years old
• Adherence to AutoZone’s driver safety requirements
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise
• Flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred

Nice to Have

• Exceptional communication skills (Spanish and English)
• Previous experience in automotive retail
• Hazardous Materials (Hazmat) endorsement
