• Coordinate and monitor delivery schedules, dispatching drivers and vehicles to meet operational and customer needs
• Use dispatch software and communication tools to provide real-time updates, instructions, and driver support
• Maintain accurate records of routes, delivery times, incidents, and operational data
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve delivery or dispatch issues professionally
• Optimize dispatch workflows and support business objectives through collaboration with internal teams
• Analyze delivery performance metrics and recommend process improvements
• Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery operations

Requirements

• Experience in dispatch, delivery coordination, or logistics-related roles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational abilities with high attention to detail in fast-paced environments
• Proficiency with dispatch systems, mapping tools, and standard office software
• Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and adapt to changing situations
• Proactive problem-solving mindset
• Self-directed and comfortable working independently in a remote setting
