About This Role

The Disney College Program offers college students and recent graduates a unique opportunity to gain professional experience and develop skills while working at Walt Disney World Resort, fostering personal and professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Receive valuable professional experience while working at world-renowned theme parks and resorts
• Meet people from around the globe and create friendships and memories
• Take part in uniquely Disney learning and development opportunities and exclusive program events
• Work in front-line guest-facing positions directly interacting with visitors (e.g., Attractions, Quick Service Food & Beverage, Custodial, Merchandise)
• Work in backstage roles supporting the guest experience behind the scenes (e.g., Costuming Operations, Resort, Houseperson)
• Be fully available to work Sunday through Saturday, including days and nights, holidays, weekends, and overtime
• Comply with the Disney Look appearance guidelines

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age at the time of application
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an accredited U.S. college, university, or higher education program
• Possess unrestricted work authorization within the United States
• Be open to a starting pay rate of $18 per hour
• Be fully available to work Sunday through Saturday, including days and nights, holidays, weekends, and overtime
• Be receptive to complying with the Disney Look appearance guidelines

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled and taking classes OR graduated from an accredited United States college, university, or higher education program within 24 months of the application posting date
