Dishwasher

About This Role

The Dishwasher is responsible for all kitchen cleaning, storage, and janitorial duties in dining areas. This role ensures compliance with sanitary procedures and regulatory standards for food handling.

Responsibilities

• Perform dishwashing and pot washing
• Execute general and equipment cleaning
• Manage storage and rotation of food and supplies
• Complete janitorial duties in dining room, bistro, and other associated areas
• Handle all foods, storage, and cleaning activities in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards
• Comply with all federal, state, and local regulatory procedures regarding food storage, cleaning, and preparation

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• 1 year of experience in fine dining hospitality and/or casual dining restaurant
• Ability to handle multiple priorities
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
• Ability to bend, climb or work in confined spaces
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Organizational and time management skills
• Good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in fine dining hospitality and/or casual dining restaurant
