Dishwasher

About This Role

The Dishwasher is responsible for performing various kitchen cleaning and storage activities, including dishwashing, pot washing, and general equipment cleaning. This role also involves janitorial duties in dining service areas like the Dining Room and Bistro.

Responsibilities

• Perform dishwashing, pot washing, and general kitchen and equipment cleaning duties
• Handle storage and rotation of food and supplies
• Execute janitorial duties in dining areas such as the Dining Room and Bistro
• Adhere to all federal, state, and local regulatory procedures for food storage, cleaning, and preparation

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in hospitality or casual dining restaurant
• Ability to handle multiple priorities
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
• Ability to bend, climb or work in confined spaces
• Possess written and verbal communication skills
• Organizational and time management skills
• Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in fine dining hospitality and/or casual dining restaurant
