Dishwasher

About This Role

The Dishwasher performs various kitchen cleaning and storage activities, including dishwashing, pot washing, and equipment cleaning. This role also handles janitorial duties in dining areas, ensuring all food storage and cleaning comply with sanitary procedures and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform dishwashing and pot washing duties
• Execute general and equipment cleaning tasks
• Manage storage and rotation of food and supplies
• Complete janitorial duties in dining areas like the Dining Room and Bistro
• Handle all foods, storage, and cleaning in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards
• Comply with all federal, state, and local regulatory procedures regarding food storage, cleaning, and preparation

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in fine dining hospitality and/or casual dining restaurant
• Ability to handle multiple priorities
• Ability to stand for long periods of time, lift 25 lbs., and bend, climb or work in confined spaces
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Organizational and time management skills
