Dishwasher

About This Role

The Dishwasher is responsible for all kitchen cleaning, dishwashing, pot washing, and general equipment cleaning. This role also handles storage and rotation of food and supplies, ensuring sanitary procedures and standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Perform dish washing, pot washing, and general equipment cleaning.
• Handle storage and rotation of food and supplies.
• Execute janitorial duties in dining services areas including the Dining Room and Bistro.
• Ensure all food handling, storage, and cleaning activities comply with sanitary procedures and standards.
• Adhere to all federal, state, and local regulatory procedures for food storage, cleaning, and preparation.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• 1 year of experience in fine dining or casual dining restaurant
• Ability to handle multiple priorities
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift 25 lbs., bend, climb or work in confined spaces
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Organizational and time management skills
• Good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in fine dining hospitality and/or casual dining restaurant
