Dishwasher

About This Role

This role is responsible for maintaining kitchen cleanliness, including dishwashing and general sanitation, and ensuring proper storage and rotation of food supplies in a hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform dishwashing and pot washing duties
• Conduct general and equipment cleaning
• Manage storage and rotation of food and supplies
• Execute janitorial duties in dining services areas such as Dining Room and Bistro
• Handle all foods, storage, and cleaning activities in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in fine dining hospitality and/or casual dining restaurant
• Ability to handle multiple priorities
• Ability to stand for long periods of time, lift 25 lbs., and bend, climb or work in confined spaces
