Dishwasher

About This Role

Responsible for performing various kitchen cleaning and storage activities, primarily dishwashing and general equipment cleaning. This role ensures all food handling, storage, and cleaning activities comply with sanitary procedures and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform dishwashing and pot washing activities
• Conduct general and equipment cleaning
• Manage storage and rotation of food and supplies
• Perform janitorial duties in dining services areas including Dining Room, Bistro, and other associated dining activities
• Handle all foods, storage, and cleaning activities in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards
• Comply with all federal, state, and local regulatory procedures regarding food storage, cleaning, and preparation

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in fine dining hospitality and/or casual dining restaurant
• Ability to handle multiple priorities
• Ability to stand for long periods of time, lift 25 lbs., and bend, climb or work in confined spaces
• Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication
• Organizational and time management skills
• Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in fine dining hospitality and/or casual dining restaurant
