About This Role

Perform various kitchen cleaning and storage activities, including dishwashing, pot washing, and general equipment cleaning, while ensuring compliance with sanitary standards and regulatory procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform dish washing and pot washing activities
• Conduct general and equipment cleaning duties
• Handle storage and rotation of food and supplies
• Execute janitorial duties in dining services areas such as Dining Room and Bistro
• Ensure all food handling, storage, and cleaning activities adhere to sanitary procedures and standards
• Comply with federal, state, and local regulatory procedures regarding food storage, cleaning, and preparation

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in fine dining hospitality and/or casual dining restaurant
• Ability to handle multiple priorities
• Ability to stand for long periods of time, lift 25 lbs., and bend, climb or work in confined spaces
• Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication
• Organizational and time management skills
• Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills

Qualifications
