Dishwasher

About This Role

The Dishwasher is responsible for all kitchen cleaning, dishwashing, and proper storage and rotation of food and supplies. This role also handles janitorial duties in various dining areas, ensuring compliance with all sanitary and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform dishwashing and pot washing duties
• Execute general and equipment cleaning in the kitchen
• Manage storage and rotation of food and supplies
• Complete janitorial duties in dining areas like the Dining Room and Bistro
• Adhere to all federal, state, and local sanitary procedures and standards for food handling, storage, and cleaning

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in fine dining hospitality and/or casual dining restaurant
• Ability to handle multiple priorities
• Ability to stand for long periods of time, lift 25 lbs., and bend, climb or work in confined spaces
• Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication
• Organizational and time management skills
• Good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills
