About This Role

Lead and accelerate Rippling's New Logo sales teams and SDR organization by designing and deploying scalable enablement programs, driving sales strategy and execution, and building high-performing teams to achieve significant revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Deploy scalable enablement programs tailored to various regions, sales teams, and segments
  • Act as a key voice in the development of the NLS and SDR sales strategy
  • Set a bar for excellent execution for your team, including individual contributions to strategic projects
  • Drive execution of scaled sales optimization programs through Enablement PMs, Sales leaders, and cross-functional partners
  • Develop deep domain expertise on Rippling’s GTM to drive sales productivity through scaled programs
  • Act as a key strategic advisor to the SVP of NLS and various Sales VPs
  • Network with cross-functional teams (Product Marketing, RevOps, Demand Gen) to ensure alignment and execution
  • Manage a team of managers and Sr. program managers to meet the needs of NLS and SDR teams
  • Attract, develop, and retain high-performing Enablement teams

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in SaaS Sales and / or Sales Enablement
  • 4+ years proven track record of managing and growing high-performing sales or sales enablement teams
  • Strong understanding of how to scale go to market processes from individuals to large teams across diverse markets
  • Excellent go-to-market instincts and ability to quickly learn and adapt to new environments
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
  • Ability to organize, analyze and drive insights from sales and business data to inform strategy and decision making
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
  • Exceptional project management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results through strategic enablement initiatives

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in SaaS Sales and / or Sales Enablement, with 4+ years managing high-performing sales or sales enablement teams.

Nice to Have

  • Experience managing high growth teams
  • Familiarity with various sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC, SPICED, Command of the Message, Sandler)
