As Director of Supply Chain, you will lead procurement and logistics for the Electrical Equipment Center of Excellence, overseeing multiple plants and driving modernization efforts. This role focuses on strategic growth, supplier management, and talent development to ensure efficient raw material flow and customer commitments.
Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple plants, leading procurement and logistics teams
- Ensure efficient raw material movement through facilities
- Partner with executive leadership to define strategic growth priorities
- Leverage data insights and new software to improve supply chain responsiveness
- Onboard and manage a high-performing supplier base, negotiating favorable terms
- Mentor, develop, and expand supply chain talent across multiple locations
- Conduct risk assessments to safeguard customer commitments and prevent stockouts
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
- 10+ years managing complex, multi-plant supply chains
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field
- At least 10 years of proven success managing complex, multi-plant supply chains
