This role involves partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to drive organizational evolution through project management and change leadership.
Responsibilities

- Drive adoption of new tools, processes, and workflows
- Bridge the gap between high-level strategy and daily execution
- Lead enterprise-level projects from planning through adoption
- Drive change management, training, and user adoption
- Partner closely with Engineering, Finance, Production, and Supply Chain
- Track outcomes and ensure measurable business results
Requirements
- 8+ years of project or transformation leadership
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
- Strong change management and stakeholder leadership skills
Qualifications
- 8+ years of project or transformation leadership
Nice to Have
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (D365 F&SCM) implementation
- Experience with ERP, CRM, or large system rollouts
