Lead high-impact operational and system initiatives in a manufacturing environment, focusing on the adoption of new tools, processes, and workflows. This role involves partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to drive organizational evolution through project management and change leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Steer high-impact operational and system initiatives in a manufacturing environment
  • Drive adoption of new tools, processes, and workflows
  • Bridge the gap between high-level strategy and daily execution
  • Lead enterprise-level projects from planning through adoption
  • Drive change management, training, and user adoption
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Finance, Production, and Supply Chain
  • Track outcomes and ensure measurable business results

Requirements

  • 8+ years of project or transformation leadership
  • Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
  • Strong change management and stakeholder leadership skills

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of project or transformation leadership

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (D365 F&SCM) implementation
  • Experience with ERP, CRM, or large system rollouts
