About This Role

Lead business development efforts for PharMerica's Behavioral Health and IDD Division, focusing on B2B sales within a multi-state territory. This role involves identifying new opportunities, qualifying leads, and establishing strong client relationships to achieve annual revenue goals.

Responsibilities

  • Work with RVP of Sales in evaluating and qualifying new business opportunities for profitability and strategic impact
  • Identify business opportunities through sales calls, referrals, targeting reports and CRM
  • Communicate with IDD agencies and behavioral health organizations to assess market needs
  • Finalize contracting and coordinate startup of new accounts
  • Transition account services to pharmacy operations upon obtaining service commitment from client
  • Utilize marketing segmentation information to develop and execute strategic territory plans
  • Maintain and strengthen customer relationships by providing ongoing support and value
  • Customize IDD and BH presentations and proposals to meet customer needs
  • Attain quarterly and annual total bed and revenue goals
  • Complete sales, reporting, and contracting for new business and other administrative procedures
  • Successfully complete sales training and implement sales process and procedures
  • Participate in local, state, and national industry trade shows
  • Conduct job responsibilities in accordance with the Company's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of sales experience in healthcare, medical equipment, or consumer products/services
  • Proficient computer skills in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Proficiency in Hubspot and CRM
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to travel 75%
  • Experience selling healthcare services to IDD agencies and behavioral health facilities is preferred

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of prior sales experience in healthcare sales, medical equipment sales, or consumer products/services sales

  • Experience selling healthcare services to IDD agencies and behavioral health facilities
  • Experience selling and negotiating contracts for products and services
