Lead the brand and creative strategy for the Marketing organization, translating complex ideas into clear, performance-driven creative assets. This role involves developing scalable creative systems in a highly regulated fintech environment and driving measurable growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end creative process from insight development through strategy, briefing, concepting, production, and launch
- Develop and implement a cohesive brand and performance marketing strategy
- Serve as the steward of the brand across all marketing touchpoints, ensuring high-quality, on-brand, and performance-driven creative
- Lead and manage a small, high-impact in-house creative team, fostering strong creative judgment, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Oversee external creative agencies and freelancers to ensure work meets quality, brand, and performance standards
- Establish and maintain high creative standards, ensuring all work meets expectations before release
- Execute creative across multiple channels including web, landing pages, paid social, display, video, direct mail, content, and OOH
- Develop creative systems and workflows that enable speed, agility, and consistency while supporting business growth
- Collaborate closely with Growth, Product, Lifecycle, Sales, PR, and agency partners to bring the brand to life across initiatives and products
- Monitor cultural trends, consumer behavior, and creative best practices to inform positioning and campaign development
- Cultivate a testing and experimentation mindset to continuously improve creative performance
- Integrate AI tools and workflows throughout the creative lifecycle to increase output, speed, and effectiveness
- Inspire creativity and innovation across the organization, partnering with sales and product to support growth and differentiation
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience leading brand and creative work, with a portfolio demonstrating strong point of view and measurable performance outcomes
- Experience leading an in-house creative team delivering full-funnel campaigns from awareness through acquisition
- 5+ years of people management and mentorship experience
- Strong experience in performance marketing strategy across multiple channels
- Deep understanding of brand management and design
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience executing campaigns across multiple mediums, including digital, social, video, web, print, and OOH
- Experience working with B2C brands
- Comfort operating in high-consideration or regulated categories
- Experience implementing and scaling AI-driven creative tools and workflows
- Ability to work onsite five days per week in the NYC office
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience leading brand and creative work with a portfolio demonstrating strong vision and measurable performance outcomes; 5+ years of people management and mentorship experience.

- Background in tech (financial services a plus)
