About This Role

Join a mission-driven team providing direct support services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them to live well and engage in their communities.

Responsibilities

Help individuals grow, learn, and live well
Develop meaningful relationships with the individuals served
Help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities
Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
Assist people with personal hygiene
Support individuals who can have behavioral challenges and other complex needs

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent
Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred

Nice to Have

Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination
