About This Role

This role involves supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities by helping them grow, learn, and live well within the community. You will assist participants with developmental goals and personal hygiene, forming meaningful relationships.

Responsibilities

• Help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities grow, learn, and live well
• Develop meaningful relationships with participants
• Support participants in community involvement and enjoyment of activities
• Assist participants with developmental goals including budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
• Assist individuals with personal hygiene
• Support individuals who may have behavioral challenges and complex needs

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver's license
• Access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
