Direct Markets Account Executive

About This Role

Join Zurich Direct Markets as an Account Executive in Florida to identify and cultivate new commercial business prospects, providing Property and Casualty insurance and F&I products to large retail automobile dealers, while developing and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate new commercial business prospects to provide Property and Casualty insurance to large retail automobile dealers and support the marketing of F&I products in assigned territory
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
• Manage an existing territory driving growth and profitability
• Make sales presentations to clients in person or utilizing Microsoft Teams environment
• Work closely with other field team members to maintain and enhance customer relationships and provide seamless program / product implementation

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent and 1 or more years of experience in the Sales area OR Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree
• Knowledge of principles of sales, sales techniques, and sales terminology
• Knowledge of requirements within insurance industry regulatory environment
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to be licensed to sell insurance in the states where required

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent OR Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree
• 1+ years of experience in the Sales area or 2+ years of Business to Business sales experience

Nice to Have

• 2 or more years of Business to Business sales experience
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Experience analyzing financial statements
