About This Role

The Digital Account Manager will manage and expand client accounts primarily within the MENA region, focusing on the successful deployment of digital and software solutions. This role involves building enduring client relationships and collaborating with various cross-functional teams in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
  • Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with clients
  • Understand client objectives and align them with the company’s software solutions
  • Manage client onboarding, implementation, and ongoing account support
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Development, Sales, and Support) to ensure smooth delivery
  • Track account performance, usage, and client satisfaction
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
  • Develop account plans to drive growth, renewals, and retention
  • Proactively manage risks, issues, and client concerns
  • Prepare regular performance updates and insights for clients

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in Account Management, Client Success, or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms and online solutions
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fully remote setup
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience in Account Management, Client Success, or a similar role

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with software, SaaS, or digital products
  • Arabic language skills
