Digital Account Manager

About This Role

This role involves managing and growing client accounts for a fast-growing software company, ensuring successful delivery of digital and software solutions. The Digital Account Manager will build long-term client relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
• Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with clients
• Understand client objectives and align them with the company’s software solutions
• Manage client onboarding, implementation, and ongoing account support
• Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Development, Sales, and Support) to ensure smooth delivery
• Track account performance, usage, and client satisfaction
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
• Develop account plans to drive growth, renewals, and retention
• Proactively manage risks, issues, and client concerns
• Prepare regular performance updates and insights for clients
• Lead virtual meetings, reviews, and product demos
• Share client feedback with internal teams to support product improvements

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in Account Management, Client Success, or a similar role
• Strong understanding of digital platforms and online solutions
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fully remote setup
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in Account Management, Client Success, or a similar role

Nice to Have

• Experience working with software, SaaS, or digital products
• Arabic language skills
