About This Role

This role involves dispensing clinic supplies, materials, and instruments for dental patient care and preclinical activities, as well as managing inventory.

Responsibilities

  • Dispense clinic supplies, materials, and instruments for all patient care activity and preclinical activity
  • Prepare various packages and kits for distribution and ensure tracking of assets
  • Ensure proper utilization and compliance with clinic equipment loan policies and procedures
  • Take inventory of instruments and maintain inventory level and records
  • Identify and replace instruments as needed

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of related experience
  • Proficient in written and verbal communication skills
  • Maintains a high degree of professionalism
  • Demonstrated time management and priority setting skills
  • Demonstrates a high commitment to quality
  • Possesses flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Highly thorough and dependable

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (such as HSED or GED)
  • 2 years of related experience
