Delivery Management - Technical Program/Project Manager with DevOps, Git, Cloud

Join the AI & Engineering team to transform technology platforms and drive innovation for clients. This Senior Manager role involves leading technical programs and projects, leveraging hands-on skills in DevOps, Git, and cloud technologies, and mentoring junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical projects and programs directly with onshore and offshore development and engineering teams, bringing a mix of hands-on technical expertise and project completion ability.
• Work directly with engineering teams, assisting with product and service delivery for AI, GenAI, and Cloud platform programs.
• Perform full life-cycle project management with specific technical skills to be a valued technical member of engineering teams.
• Manage projects, people, clients, risk, governance, and mentor other team members while helping build the business.
• Work with product or service delivery teams for AI, GenAI, and Cloud platform programs, engaging with engineering teams.
• Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines with cloud-native and open-source tools.
• Manage technical programs/projects with structured planning, reporting, and risk management skills.
• Handle requirements documentation (FSDs), mapping business needs to technical solutions, and stakeholder communications.
• Manage containerization platforms like Kubernetes, Docker, ECS/EKS (multi-cloud preferred).
• Drive proactive collaboration between PMOs, executives, technical partners, and DevOps teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years' experience in CI/CD pipeline design and automation
• Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK and Loki and strong DevOps experience
• Experience managing containerization platforms like Kubernetes, Docker, ECS/EKS (multi-cloud preferred)
• 5+ years' experience in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform, with exposure to Dynatrace, Splunk
• 10+ years' experience in product and lifecycle management
• 10+ years' experience as a technical program or project manager
• 10+ years' experience in requirements documentation (FSDs), mapping business needs to technical solutions, and stakeholder communications
• 10+ years' experience with Git workflows, GitHub/GitLab automation, and best practices for source control
• 10+ years' experience driving proactive collaboration between PMOs, executives, technical partners, and DevOps teams
• 5+ years' experience driving large transformational programs including DevSecOps pipeline sales and engagements
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology or a related field
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology or a related field.
• 10+ years' experience in CI/CD pipeline design and automation, product and lifecycle management, technical program/project management, requirements documentation, and Git workflows.

Nice to Have

• Strong fluency in Python scripting for automation, integrations, and tooling customization
• Release Train Engineering (RTE) experience in environment oversight, migration, release management, and roadmap coordination in scaled agile settings
• 8+ years' experience in Cloud Program Management with hands-on expertise with cloud infrastructure provisioning and automation (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• 8+ years' experience with DevSecOps including automated security assessment, remediation, and compliance in CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments
• Multi-Platform Cloud Integration experience, bridging AWS, Azure, and GCP platforms for modernization or migration projects
• Incident management and backlog oversight experience with skills around production support, incident resolution, and backlog refinement
• Knowledge of designing, securing, and implementing APIs for automating business and compliance processes
• Agile delivery experience, scrum certification, proficiency in Jira/Confluence, user story creation, requirements gathering, and backlog management
