About This Role

As a Deli Team Member, you will connect with guests to understand their needs, prepare and merchandise deli products, and contribute to an extraordinary shopping experience by maintaining product levels and assisting with general store duties.

Responsibilities

• Consistently provide excellent guest service by engaging with guests to learn their wants and needs
• Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items throughout the store and assist guests across departments
• Create a hospitable shopping experience by merchandising and stocking products and specialty items
• Gather shopping carts from the parking lot and assist in general housekeeping duties
• Properly receive and stock goods following The Fresh Market standards
• Slice and prepare a variety of department's meat, cheeses, and convenient meal solutions
• Present self in a professional manner, adhering to uniform standards

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age (for Deli department)
• Passion for providing extraordinary service
