Guest Service Manager

About This Role

Lead and direct a team to deliver an extraordinary guest experience, manage onboarding of new team members, and oversee operational processes in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and proactively assist them with accurate and timely service
• Lead by example in hospitality for team members and guests
• Educate team members and guests on products and services to provide convenient meal solutions
• Quickly address and resolve guest concerns
• Support accurate inventories and sales reporting
• Manage front end performance with routine operational audits
• Engage, motivate, coach, and train team members on-the-job and through internal training platforms
• Coordinate onboarding and initial training of newly hired team members
• Support team member engagement activities
• Manage guest flow to ensure an outstanding shopping experience and drive results
• Be responsible for total store operations or Manager on Duty (MOD) at times

Requirements

• 3 years of management experience in the retail, restaurant, or hospitality field
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality, or 5+ years of related management experience
