About This Role

Lead and manage the daily operations of a deli, focusing on culinary excellence and team development. Oversee inventory, financial health, and ensure high standards of cleanliness and food safety.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the deli’s daily operations
  • Recruit, mentor, and elevate a team of deli staff
  • Provide constructive feedback and motivation to the team
  • Craft efficient work schedules to ensure smooth operations
  • Master inventory management to balance stock levels
  • Uphold a clean and safe store environment
  • Manage key cost expense lines to maintain financial health
  • Deliver timely and accurate store reports
  • Ensure food service areas meet health and cleanliness standards

Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Ability to work various shifts and days
  • Comfortable with basic math

Qualifications

  • Preferably experienced in the food service industry
