Day Porter

About This Role

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of client facilities as a Day Porter. Responsibilities include cleaning designated areas, managing waste, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.

Responsibilities

• Clean designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restrooms, etc.)
• Empty all trash cans and replace liners, cleaning receptacles as needed
• Perform and document routine inspection of assigned areas
• Stock and maintain supply closets
• Wear the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Adhere to location appearance guidelines
• Complete all assigned tasks timely
• Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs

• Ability to work effectively with a team
• Excellent customer service skills
• Dependable, reliable, and punctual
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice to Have

• Previous custodial or janitorial experience
