About This Role

A Data Engineer at Aaratech Inc. is responsible for supporting customer and sales data integration initiatives by building and maintaining reliable data pipelines and models for CRM analytics and reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain pipelines to extract and load CRM/Salesforce data
• Integrate CRM data with enterprise data platforms
• Design data models to support sales and marketing analytics
• Optimize data pipelines for performance
• Ensure CRM data accuracy and consistency
• Support data validation and governance processes
• Work with sales, marketing, and analytics teams

Requirements

• 2+ years of Data Engineering experience
• Strong SQL skills
• Strong Python skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong communication skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 2+ years of Data Engineering experience

Nice to Have

• Experience with CRM or Salesforce data
