Data Center Operations Manager

About This Role

Lead the design and innovation of world-class fulfillment centers and logistics systems, owning multiple projects from concept to approval. This role involves collaborating with internal and external teams to create high-quality, cost-effective solutions leveraging automated material handling equipment, packaging technologies, and robotics.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and external teams to design high quality, cost effective solutions for fulfillment and distribution systems
• Own multiple projects simultaneously, from concept realization through design approval
• Serve as the primary point of contact for suppliers

Requirements

• 5+ years of design & innovation, research & development work experience
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a foreign equivalent
• Experience with design & innovation and research & development
• Experience in management of engineering design projects
• Experience using business or technical software like MS Excel, MS Project, and CAD software

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a foreign equivalent
• 5+ years of design & innovation, research & development work experience

Nice to Have

• Experience with data cabling/computer facilities maintenance
• Experience in computer architecture
• Experience with general troubleshooting/debugging of hardware
