The Data and Analytics Lead at St. Luke's Health Plan drives data-driven innovation to improve community health outcomes. This role involves developing innovative analytical solutions for business-critical decisions within the health insurance sector.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, and support complex business intelligence applications and solutions.
- Analyze business intelligence needs and requirements, providing data storage, analytical, or reporting tools.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and prioritize data and information requirements.
- Create testing methodologies and criteria, testing storage and reporting solutions for functionality and integrity.
- Develop standard or custom reports, queries, or dashboards that access and consolidate information from various data sources.
- Utilize data mining techniques and develop data models for data visualization and interpretation.
- Research new technology and develop business cases to support enterprise-wide business intelligence solutions.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to a subordinate group, potentially acting as a first-level supervisor.
Requirements
- 6 years relevant experience
- Understanding of the health insurance business
- Epic knowledge and skills
- Strong communication skills
- Curiosity and self-starter attitude
- Great analytical and problem-solving skills
- Passion for delivering analytical solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or experience in lieu of degree
- 6 years relevant experience
