This role involves creating data specifications, developing models, performing analysis, and presenting actionable insights to improve health outcomes globally. You will partner with stakeholders and utilize business intelligence tools to deliver activity and value analytics.
Responsibilities
- Create specifications to bring data into a common structure
- Create product specifications and models
- Develop data solutions to support analyses
- Perform analysis and interpret results
- Develop actionable insights and present recommendations
- Partner with stakeholders to understand data requirements
- Develop tools and models such as segmentation, dashboards, and data visualizations
- Produce and manage the delivery of activity and value analytics to external stakeholders and clients
- Predict emerging customer needs and develop innovative solutions
- Lead large, complex projects to achieve key business objectives
Requirements
- 4+ years of total experience working with Power BI
- 4+ years of total experience in SQL
- 3+ years of total experience in a matrixed data analytics team
- Solid proficiency in data analysis, including data manipulation, statistical analysis, and data visualization
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience working and presenting to stakeholders
- Proficient communication in English
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work effectively in a team environment
- Proven excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate findings and insights to stakeholders
- Availability to work from Monday to Friday, during normal operating hours
Qualifications
- 4+ years of total experience working with Power BI and SQL, 3+ years in a matrixed data analytics team
Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience in designing and developing data pipelines, data integration, and ETL processes
- Healthcare industry experience or knowledge
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R for advanced data manipulation and analysis
- Skills in advanced statistical analysis, predictive modeling, or machine learning techniques
